Our seamless stainless steel tubes are manufactured using a precise hot or cold forming process. The material is formed without weld seams, resulting in a particularly homogeneous microstructure and high mechanical strength. The entire production process is designed for durability and reliability.

- Raw material selection: We only use high-quality stainless steel grades, matched to the respective application (e.g. austenitic, ferritic, duplex).
- Shaping: Stainless steel bars or blocks are shaped without cutting to achieve a uniform wall thickness and precise outer contours.
- Seamless rolling: The workpiece is formed into tube shape by rolling under controlled conditions - without a weld seam, for maximum strength.
- Heat treatment and cooling: Precisely controlled cooling is used to relax the material and improve its structural properties.
- Finishing: Depending on customer requirements, the tubes are cut to size, calibrated, deburred or surface-treated.
